房间配置非常简陋，感觉象临时出租屋，也确实就是位于华润小区内的零散公寓，订房时还以为是华润名下的酒店（现在估计与华润也没有什么关系，首先与物业公司关系都很尴尬）。登记、停车、找房间等等，体验非常差。更谈不上有什么温馨和及时服务。用手机打酒店登记的电话过去（房间无固定电话，也是第一次见），差不多都是有问题找业主和找管理处。注意：地下停车场，停车费自己掏钱是每天15元，如果使用酒店给的停车票收费是每天60元（酒店给10张5元的票），等于省了5元，还需要自己交10元。。。等等，第一次遇到这么多的奇葩事。虽然是假期，但房价也有八百元左右，除了利益最大化外，酒店最基本的服务还是要有的吧，稍有要求的朋友慎选！还是找正规的酒店吧！

酒店位置不错，但是卫生很差。洗手间一股尿味，床上还有沙子。酒店有停车场但是不是在前台下面而是小区下面。

公寓代管的那种，基本没什么服务，好在设施还齐备，有什么特殊要求的就别想了，要多个枕头要加25元，被子50，头一次遇见，无语。
