酒店在山里面，环境挺不错，晚上非常的安静，空气也很棒。
但是服务态度真的不敢恭维，晚上有事找管理员时，一副超级不耐烦的态度，令人无语。
房间入住时，床上有蚂蚁，四个洗手间只有一个洗手间的热水器是正常的。
缺少卫生打扫，入住时阳台还有残留的面条随意丢在地上。
希望可以多多改善，不要浪费那么好的环境。

空调不给力，遇到停电，不过早上出来走走环境不错，我订两个房间，老板说198和288一样，下次大家不要订贵的了！要不就是老板骗人！

酒店环境还可以，在海龟园里面，就是不巧赶上停电！影响点休息，空调不行，开一晚都不怎么凉！希望换新的！

首先 来的时候已经是凌晨2点了 酒店的工作人员等我们一直等到两点 这里是海龟保护基地里的酒店 景区离的地方都是免费去 石龙湾的风景最赞 这都是其他酒店没有的 当初旅游的目的地就是双月湾 顺便看海龟 但是湾内酒店的环境不怎么样 相比之下 这酒店的外围环境简直就是世外桃源 空气好 没有看到蟑螂 最后一天换了专家楼的海景 房间有点小 但是空气好 安静 海景也不错
