客观地说，300的价格，无论是房间设施，住宿条件还是个人体验，都是物超所值的。个人很满意，下次淡季应该还会来入住。唯一需要提醒大家的一点和酒店无关，发现沙滩四驱车存在安全隐患，很多人速度过快，横冲直撞，老人和小朋友在沙滩玩耍时要注意安全。

淡季过来的，价格不贵！性价比高，位置好，就在沙滩边上，旁边就是孩子玩的滑滑梯秋千和去沙滩的出入口！房间有两个大平台，特别适合自带食材来打火锅和烧烤。卫生干净，但美中不足的就是最近雨水多，床褥比较潮湿，晚上都是用大浴巾垫着睡的，两个房间都带卫生间，有移动晾衣架，洗澡什么的基本都比较方便！另外小区内有一些吃的，吃了个早餐，一份肉肠粉15元，味道不咋地。下次还会再来！

公寓环境一般，房间与图片基本相符。前台态度很好，但住宿总体感觉不好。万科二期小区里各种不同名公寓、标示不清晰、非常不好找、停车不方便且收费。自来水很黄，得自己买水喝且小区里便利店买东西很贵。房间有蟑螂，下午入住放了面包在桌上晚上回去发现面包袋子里有好几只蟑螂…
