宾馆是私人住宅改建的，老板人不错，不过就他们就他们夫妻两个人，服务就跟不上了，浴巾和毛巾不及时更换，卫生也不打扫。旁边有不少吃饭的地方，离沙滩也比较近，走过去挺方便的。

离海（情海路）近，卫生还可以，老板的服务态度很好。只是花洒的开关要用毛巾包裹后拔出，建议换。

刚开始不熟路，以为不好找，原来就在金海大道皇庭假曰酒店旁就看到招牌了，本来楼层比畔海那些高，看到海滩那边的烟花挺好，还有电梯，但旁边的烂尾楼和垃圾堆真不爽。房间里有15方吧，外面还有个小阳台，总分80吧

属于家庭宾馆设备虽然简单但是很干净.而且我要给老板N个赞老板人太好了我家小朋友晚上发烧老板专程骑摩托载我去镇上买药在陌生的地方有困难的时侯能遇上这么热心的老板内心的感激是无法言语的.以后同事去巽寮湾玩绝对大力推荐.宾馆地段离海边也近走路只要五六分钟.
