订的是金华楼的单人房，收到确认信息才到酒店，前台偏偏要我等，说明已确认后才一个人在电脑里弄半天说订的房型没有啦，我明明订房成功，到酒店了却跟我说没有，后说给我换到贵宾楼，到房间一看是靠电梯口靠大马路的单房，房间烟味浓厚，隔音很差，楼楼口有人说话走路都能听的一清二楚。
