刚到前台，和前台一个染发的女孩说：两间房，有预定。女孩低头摆弄东西，根本不理你(她肯定听到了)，隔了几秒钟，走去旁边打电话。这时前台另外一个女孩在旁边看不下去了，瞪了那个染发女孩一眼，主动过来接待。我问这个女孩，为什么我和之前那个染发女孩说话，她怎么不理人？这个女孩很无奈的笑了笑说：对不起。金诺酒店之前住过，算是老牌的高档宾馆，服务热情，地点也好。很长时间没去过了，没想到再次入住是这种体验。我不会要求到哪里都是微笑服务，热情接待，但是起码的尊重是最基本的吧？
