服务一般，就一个服务员跑上跑下，没人帮拿行李，按排了个很偏的房，乘电梯还要自己爬一层楼梯，洗手间堵了，洗澡出来整个厕所是水，离西湖倒是很近，走过对面就是。

就在西湖边上，酒店自己就有海鲜酒楼，早上酒楼有早茶喝，而且点心出品好，价格不贵，经济实惠，当地人开车过来喝早茶的也不少，门口走100米左右就有很多大排档，吃饭很方便，交通也很方便。房间很大，卫生干净，设施齐全，下次再来惠州一定订这一间。

很满意，性价比很高，因为刚装修过，房间内的设施很齐全并且都很新的，环境也很好，就在西湖边上，早上和傍晚都可以在西湖边漫步，中餐厅的早茶也不错，远近都有当地人开着车来喝早茶，很火爆的，下次再到惠州也会入住的，也会介绍朋友来。
