我是4月30日下午4点30分左右到的酒店，办理入住手续排队等候约30分钟，才拿到房间🔑！进去房间后发现房间床单和被罩没有更换，房间卫生没有收拾好！
多次沟通后终于在晚上8点钟更换好了干净床单被罩，收拾好房间卫生！设备陈旧，窗帘不上，又找他们，工程部来人才搞好，只有一层窗帘，没有遮光布帘！
真的很失望的一次住宿！！

位置还不错，就是设施旧了点，经营方不舍得再投入，卫生也一般，服务跟不上，有点像公寓。

差评！办理入住排队一个多小时，所有前面排队的住客都等的发飙，反映旁边有个管理人员什么总的也没有妥善解决，服务效率真的无语，不会再选择

史上体验最差的酒店。我入住的这个酒店在三个小时内居然先后有三批的客人拿着房卡说前台给办理了我的这间房的入住手续。大家说如果我出去了，行李留下来了的话，是不是东西就被后面入住的人或收拾房间的人给丢垃圾去了，这个号称堂堂的四星级度假酒店有一毛钱的安全感么？这是是什么内部管理？还有，从开始办一个入住手续居然花了我二十分钟的时间，在我前面等待的有三个人，等到我的时候已经排了半个小时的队，光办理一个入住就花了将近五十分钟，是一个人都想打烂这个酒店。更气死人的是，房间里的电话和投诉本上写着的电话，没有一个号码通通的
