家人入住的很好，位置一流，对面是西湖。有行李生主动开车门拉行李，带到前台入住，提供欢迎的冻柠檬茶，很快给办理了入住，私人管家带到房间并且介绍了酒店的营业场所及信息，住酒店这么多年第一次有人主动给我介绍酒店相关信息，这个必须给大大的赞。晚上的时候竟然是老外送晚安牛奶，感觉美美哒，哈哈。不得不说中国强大了，老外为中国人服务了，还有特别是酒店二楼的游泳池，是花园式的，感觉和马来西亚的度假酒店一样。服务人员都很nice ，小孩儿住这边都不想走了。

一下车就有门童帮拉车门，私人管家帮送行李到房间。房间有湖景和江景，地理位置没得说，非常棒，服务也很好。生日还提前送了蛋糕，卫生和服务很好，细节做的很到位，客户很开心。有机会还会入住。房间赠送的公仔也很可爱。停车很贵，如果不是住客会收50元一次，住客就是免费了。设施设备有游泳池健身房，关键是对面就是西湖，风景美哒哒。
