酒店在西湖对面 落地窗景色宜人 正对湖面 更赞的是酒店的管理服务细致入微 那天下雨 上下车都有服务员主动撑伞接送 房间有派送水果 看到我家俩宝贝 马上又分多两个 感觉很贴心 房间又大又漂亮 俩宝贝打闹也不会拥挤 还赠送了公仔 入住感觉非常满意 下次有机会还会选择

这个酒店的位置很好，就在惠州西湖旁边，出门就是西湖的步行街，西湖边的公园都很近。酒店的设施也很好。

湖景房看出去是西湖，景色不错，晚上绕着西湖转了一段，很舒服。房间有苹果，晚上有送热牛奶，床上的公仔是赠送的。

窗户看出去有一点江景，吹风机是坏的，打电话去前台一直都没有送过来，前台年轻的妹纸态度很好，倒是穿着黑色衣服貌似主管的态度冷淡，和五星级酒店的服务不匹配。最崩溃的是睡到快凌晨的时候，房间里满是烟味，通风系统把哪个不自觉的烟鬼抽的烟送到了我们房间。
