酒店位處市中心，購物和飲食都很方便。酒店服務員也很幫忙，有一次我們到了五礦小鎮，找不到車回去，打去酒店負責幫客人叫車的熱線，她願意幫我們先付費叫車，最後我們才能夠離開那裡。
唯一不足是酒店內吃的地方不多，有一天中午到中餐廳，居然沒有營業。西餐廳選擇不多，而且消費很高。
