到达酒店有礼宾帮忙开车门拿行李，办理中第一映像的就是入住和退房的是同一个前台陈秀楠小姐姐不仅服务好办理速度也很快，我要去香港她推荐了礼宾刘云龙帮我买下午三点到香港的车票，贴心帮忙延迟了一下退房时间，在酒店用过早餐后还能午睡一会，早餐是到餐厅直接加的一位80，口味选择还满多的。酒店就有直通香港的巴士很是方便。住宿我比较会优先选择凯宾斯基它性价比高，服务很好很贴心。

可以加床，这次这家酒店没失望，各方面很齐全，服务态度很好，有室内外游泳池，功夫茶具，双早双晚自助餐东西不错很实惠，卫生方面很好，孩子们都很喜欢，下次假期有机会再会来！值得推荐！

下午2点左右到的酒店，我们订的两间，一间好了，同一楼层大床房打扫好的没有了，所以只能在另外一个房间等，等了一个多小时打电话问前台，才告知还要等主管查房才行。然后前台电话告知那个房间有个灯坏了，所以升级到了尊尚房。酒店前台态度可以，但是其他服务生不是每个都会主动问好。早餐蛮丰富的，不错。
