设施太差，预订拉图公寓前管理人员说可以做饭，晚上做饭才知道电磁炉是坏的，后来在别的房间换了一个好的；房间里面空调漏了一个晚上水，像住水帘洞一样。还有冲凉房花洒水好小，住的是5栋2单元1305房，酒店看海景还是不错的，就是感觉有点低再高一点就好了。

服务态度真的很好。但是我们那间2-1-403热水坏了，没有冰箱，电磁炉用不了，电视没有声音。叫了管家过来修了几次，没用。但是修不好，态度很好，但是是业主问题他们也没办法，也尽力的。我只希望那间房间就不要再租出去了。别的都很不错
