酒店没话说，非常美，非常好，酒店服务也是非常好！但艺龙的各方面都需要提升，想把大床改成双人床，和艺龙打了3天电话，估计一百个吧，最后还是没成功换成，他们房源用的去哪儿的，去哪儿房源又用的深圳一家旅行社的，联系过程就是兜兜转转，各方不停推搡！然后就是发票问题，我把资料提供给艺龙，说7天内寄出就可以了，结果10天后我打电话过来，还是没收到，说提交异常，再帮我提交一次，既然有问题怎么不提前打电话告诉我，我一直等，如果不是我主动打电话过来，还不知道怎么回事！最后我自己发现，网上可以提交资料，自己支付10运费，就可以第二天寄出，这么简单，为什么不跟我说下，不是偶然发现，我还要不停去和艺龙联系，什么信息发邮箱！直接告诉我啊，工作人员难道不知道网上提交开发票就行吗，一天可以解决的事，弄了半个月！

酒店设施很好，带孩子玩一天都不腻！海滩就在楼下，附近还有超市和食肆，呆一天感觉很快！
