酒店内的设施有点老旧了，可能也与美式怀旧风格有关，还算干净，别墅的住房挺安静，园区玩的还算可以，周围农家菜也没什么特别好吃的

酒店客房比较老旧，厕所门坏，电视无法播放。鲁冰花没办法看，因为下雨天的原因，麻将房老旧，味道重，蚊虫多。

真的很扯淡！房间没有无线，比较旧，到酒店没有指引酒店位置，温泉在哪儿也没人说，早餐就像赶集，花7星级的钱，享受一星级的服务，非常不满意！

给我房卡办理入住了，到酒店房一看傻了，还在上一个住户状态，什么都没收拾。打电话到总台投诉，居然还反问说没人告诉我们吗？
让换房干净房，又说没。投诉才叫人过来搞卫生。
