房间无辜被调至后院，去温泉和花海非常不方便，台阶太多，老人小孩出行不方便，后院前台貌似实习生，业务不熟练，业务太不熟练，每一个问题都要问总台，占用太多客人泡温泉的时间，而是去等候服务员问清楚工作流程！

交通方便，就在省道旁边，距离龙门县城大概40分钟车程，环境不错，家庭休闲度假非常好，不过自助早餐太素啦！

16年来的时候印象很好，房间很新很干净，温泉也很干净，但是这次来温泉脏了很多，服务可以说根本没有！早餐也比以前差了很多，鲁冰花小镇小得可怜，没有观赏价值，不过房间卫生还是可以的

过年两家人定了两间刚好，第二次来了，酒店设施明显感觉旧旧的，价格也不真实，提前半个月订的居然比当天定贵了几百，温泉也没什么更新，下次换家新的温泉镇了
