问题出现在酒店的清洁，我们已故意晚点到店，大概下午2：45，酒店前台竟然可以说，因为清洁房间是由另一个部门负责，他未能知道什么时候可以入住，我们说最少先给我们三间房间的一间，可以先放下行李，但是还是不得要领，最后要等到三时半，才全部房间可以入住，服务真的不到位。其他感觉都可以，没有什么惊喜。

酒店环境还可以，服务也算是非常热情，只是温泉酒店，是人工温泉也就罢了，关键是，灯光昏暗，池子与池子之间距离较远，很容易不小心摔跤，或者感冒，物价较高，三星都不到的酒店里买东西，要出超五星酒店的价格，不可思议。

酒店深处大山中，空气清新，规划还可以，但感觉管理跟不上，酒店有点旧，停车没秩序，房间地毯打扫得不较干净；温泉水干净，但开放的池子不到一半，缺乏人气；如果在环境卫生、设施、服务方面加以改善，不失为度假的好地方。
