去年入住还挺好的。现在感觉就旧了，卫生还是没有打扫到位细节没做好。。。前台服务员态度不好，前台开房时因为跟同事发生口角，当着顾客的面大呼小叫。没有一点微笑不说，还一点服务意识都没有
