水龙头是坏的，淋浴房沐浴液瓶子是固定在墙上的，也是坏的。发现这个问题时提出退房时，酒店拒绝，理由是已经入住超过了20分钟。可是20分钟没我没发现有这样的问题。和艺龙沟通，艺龙接线员是个男的，他说这个不归艺龙管。以前都是相信艺龙的，没找到艺龙的男客服再次把信任艺龙的客人给坑了！没办法，多花钱升级客房。艺龙，一个十年以上的艺龙客户想对艺龙说，守信用没那么难！
