酒店装修算豪华，大厅及房间空气不好，总有股装修味道，最差的是早餐带小孩要收费，住了那么多酒店，只有这家要收费，

首先，酒店的硬件设施是值得肯定的，房间很漂亮，很上档次。然后，就要说说不满意的地方。我们一行十二人，进酒店后竟然没有人帮忙处理行李，都是我们自己装行李车拉到房间去的，全程没有人主动提供帮忙。然后就是check in，前台的人是有四五个，但他们都围在同一个柜台前看别人做事，看到后面有人等候入住，也不会主动让客人到隔离的柜台办理手续，就是在等，浪费了不少时间。
