酒店硬件不错，房间宽敞，干净舒适，环境不错这些值得肯定的。
但是酒店员工培训不到位，一个早餐的问题转了几个人才问到，床头有一张早餐卡，说是两点前挂在房门就会有人收走，第二天根据上面的订单和时间送早餐过来，结果那个东西是骗人的，根本没有人来收，让我第二天没有吃早餐就出发了。前台的人都不知道有这个服务。
另外酒店员工礼貌有待提高，比如说我去退房，就走到收银处，然后服务生说退房到那边，我觉得至少有个请字吧，打电话到前台也是一样，没有感觉到星级酒店的服务。可能我太吹毛求疵吧。
还有晚上能听到隔壁他们家会所的客人唱歌

不错的酒店，就是客房服务人员的素质有待提高。晚餐自助餐即便在有预订(可能是非住店客人)的情况下，是否也要优先保证住店客人的用餐位子，望有所改进。
