大堂在29楼，所以所有房间在30楼以上，景观都是很好的。在五星级酒店中也算卫生搞得很好，房间不很大，落地玻璃看窗外灯光很漂亮。还有早餐很好多品种，中日韩西都很多。二线城市的五星有一线城市的水准，值得入住。

环境对得起五星级酒店的水准，但是呢，对艺龙网不满，我明明在订房的时候说了要大床房，竟然给我订了双床，最后加了160的差价换成了大床房，挺生气的，真不是钱的问题，而是网站预定的时候，既然给的都是双床，那就别在房间那里标着“大/双床”，还要给个要求选项我填，那我就填的大床！最后临时有事要多住一晚，我都懒得再在网站订，麻烦，直接加了1000块钱的门市价续住多一天，就这一点让人心里有点不舒服，酒店的设施服务都是可以的，另外惠州华贸商场就离酒店不远，挺方便的

带3岁以下小孩，有婴儿车的不适合去，地下停车场要自己抬车上去没有电梯，非常非常不方便。酒店的江景非常的好，这点不错。其他的中规中矩，基本的星级酒店标准。
