从停车场到大堂要换几次电梯，然后从大堂到房间也要换电梯，一进房间烟味特别大，后来要求处理，住过最差的五星酒店，没有下次了

挺满意的，天气热，孩子在酒店玩也不会闷，我也不受累。就是房间景观看不到西湖，方向不对，也赏不到月亮，挺遗憾的。其他都不错！

环境可以，卫生可以，服务可以，选的是50多平方的房间，看景非常好，看到日落，泳池有一大一小，小的恒温适合宝宝去，这家酒店应该是惠州目前最新最高档了，满意
