其实是老顾客了，五一怕房间不好订就提前在网上订了一间103的房间，介绍写着25平米，1.8米大床，带窗。去到酒店开房间前台却给了一间无窗的小房间，到前台让给换一间，有个前台员工一副瞧不起人的样子一直在说我订的是特价房，很不情愿的给我换了一间，房间是够大了，窗也是有的，但是却是封死的，一肚子气。最气的是前台的服务态度！！
