  在艺龙订的是双床，去到酒店发现只有大床了，因为带小孩必需双床，打电话跟艺龙反映，没想到艺龙不仅免费帮我加了一张床，还给升级到了园景房。这服务态度让我非常感动，大赞！

  十二点多到，快两点才给入住，中间各种理由，虽然不想因为这样影响假期心情，但还是让人不畅快。
