酒店设施 位置都很不错，但是没有感受到什么服务，有时候想问个问题都遇不到服务员，见不到什么人，只能打电话或者去前台。五星酒店，房间里连个水果都没用。

客房设施较旧，卫生较差，别的客人用过的杯子无冲洗，还有茶叶粘着，地板也较脏。另外沙滩沙粒很租，还有很贝壳，容易伤到小孩，希望酒店改进，五星有五星的样子！
