酒店格局和三亚喜来登一样，规模稍微小一点。一二楼的房间霉味很重，换了三楼的房间好一些。每个房间都有阳台，大小不一，有利于通风。房间设施比较老，卫生不错。早餐的种类比较齐全，品质一般，没有鲜榨果汁和鲜豆浆。用机器冲出来的豆浆似乎是米浆，黏乎乎的不易融化。西点的口味很一般，不符合国际连锁酒店的水准。泳池水温偏凉，但可以接受。室外温泉泡池不错，还有小动物园。
