先说酒店位置，位置比较偏，吃东西没有在巽寮湾方便。并且，在虹海湾酒店里本来有两间酒店，酒店表示不明显，很多旅客都为了找那酒店大堂花了很多时间。这个酒店的电梯超烂，等电梯耗时长。一进到房间就闻到一股粪便的味道，房间灰尘多，房间手机完全没有信号。用房间电话打到总台也打不了。最后还是用手机打到酒店总台叫人过来检查一下哪里发出恶臭。过了一个多小时才有人来清理，来清理的那个鸟人一进来态度极差，我们说有臭味，她就说：你们闻到，我们没有闻到啊，就这样随便喷了一喷空气清新剂就完事了，服务态度超差。这么差的点评我还是第一次写，我入住第一晚就忍不住分享给大家了，不推荐大家入住。酒店的私人沙滩也没有所说的这么漂亮。如果 大家要预定这家酒店请三思。
