这个尚客优太坑人了，房间里的两瓶矿泉水是收费的但没有提醒，结账时直接收6块钱！住过好多次其他地方的尚客优房间里的水都是免费的。而且服务员态度不好，刚开始给我一间特别小房而且窗户是坏的换不上，我要求换了一间，结果发现就给我的那间是最小的房间，也就是普通房间的一半大小，后来换个的这间就挺大的！有点被骗的感觉！太给尚客优这个品牌丢人了！
