差评，第一次住那么差的酒店，我们是傍晚去的，晚上8点左右到，进房第一感觉格局还算不错，然后就出去泡温泉了，回来11点多，才发现房间站灯是坏的，门也坏的，锁不上，打电话叫了值班的过来，姑且能锁上，本来打算换房，但其他房可能久没住人，好大霉味，只好将就于此，换灯搞门锁耗到12点多，也是醉了，要不是t太晚，就要求退房了，隔音太差，外面其他房的门锁一直在响...睡没多久，房间里的热水器居然也会响，叮个不停，我的妈……简直没法睡！退房时跟他们说了这些情况，他们说我们主打别墅，房间也没有这样反馈过，可是既然也做公寓，麻烦也要把最基本的做好吧，都不知那些好评是怎来的，好好的心情都被破坏了

别墅环境非常好。很大一片区域 我们没有开车来 客服姐姐还总是担心我们没有开车来会很麻烦。但是小区内有电瓶车非常方便！ 前一天客服说温泉管爆了 来问我要不要退钱 我说让他赔给我们富力温泉票 客服也答应了 然后别墅里很干净厨房餐具油盐都齐全 就是花园里面有老鼠 有点可怕 但是别墅里面没有 然后都是双床房 挺好的 客服姐姐人也很好很耐心 温泉也很棒啊 环境很好很多池子 还有免费的汤和水果 建议去 很棒的一次出行！

温泉池子脏，而且要指定时间酒店的人来放水才能用，而且旁边就是马路，一点私密性都没有。电视完全就是用来唱卡拉OK的，正常的台不能看。。。
