塞车，塞的没脾气了。酒店的停车位严重不足啊！根本应付不了节假日。房间的热水也慢的可怜。其它的都很好。环境优美，沙滩干净，海水也清

同程定的票很方便，直接去前台办理入住手续即可。酒店环境很不错，换了高级海景房，阳台海景超级棒！在那两天四餐在蔚蓝海餐厅吃的，餐厅总厨刘总是米其林厨师，出品真心不错！来的朋友们一定要去吃吃看哦！

酒店的装修真是浪费了一块好地方，和金海湾喜来登差不多的房型，愣是装修成了旧房子的风格，甚至比维也纳酒店还差。前台服务态度不怎么好，早餐还不错。但是海边的那个露天啤酒城很差劲，价格比外面路边的要贵20%左右，而且量还少，吃他们的海鲜只给酱油不给芥末，芥末要另外收费，一小段要3块钱

五一期间，本来有事可能来不了，打过电话咨询退款申请，但是不能退，后来没想到前台竟将房间卖给其他人，好在到了之后值班经理补了两间套房，但是位置很差2楼什么景色都没有，海景九别想了，总体还行吧。
