订的带山泉游泳池的，结果前台说竟然没有，那是私人承包的，折腾了好久才说送两张票。设施已经好陈旧了，念在山里环境不错，就不计较了。

度假村上山路程较远，部分道路修建中，给出行带来不便！还要另外付每人24元上山门票，咨询酒店为何没事先告知？解释购票是当地收的和网络订房没尽告知而已！无语！度假村设施陈旧，进房一股厕所的臭味！马上要开门窗通风，阳台推拉门坏的！房间有些是电热水器，有些是烧燃气的，感觉烧气不安全！住的山景房，环境不错！空气很好！养肺的好地方！适合休闲度假的慢生活节奏！水质感觉是不错的！吃的就很一般了！

酒店空间狭小、里面发霉，地面有蟑螂、小虫子，尤其洗手间阴森森的，比公共卫生间的卫生情况还糟糕，尤其令人气愤的是，如此酒店客房居然办理入住手续后还不让客人退房，果断退房即使艺龙不退费。最后说一下，艺龙什么时候变成了垃圾第三方旅行社大本营，本人对本次入住保留法律途径追诉的权利。
