房间设施太简单，就客厅几把椅子房间有床，电视沙发都没有，梳子衣架等小东西也都没有，阳台上连个量衣绳也没装，去海边玩的湿了的衣服根本没法洗晒。另外房间还很不隔音，楼上几个小孩玩到深夜，嬉戏打闹全都在耳边。

小区环境不错，但酒店说是一房一厅，实际上是一房，面积也不 大，而且也不是无敌海景，有点夸张，开始入住时房间连被子都没有，而且房间旁边是工地，很大片海景都遮住了 ，好在跟前台沟通换了个房间，所以觉得这公寓整体评价一般。
