我订的是豪华大床房，前台说网站给我订的是双人房，找人工客服，就知道踢皮球，推卸责任，找前台，结果又让我联系客服，后来自己多花了两百块换了个一房一厅，结果五百块的房间连个早餐都没有，试问这样的服务态度，让我以后怎么继续使用你们平台！

位置很好风景很好！唯一不满意的是服务很一般，特别是前台告诉我小车凭她给的票可以多次免费出入。但第二天早上退房离开的时候是第二次出大门，竟然保安说剩下的附卷无效，要强收20元！
