广州到南昆山温德姆温泉酒店高速公路1个小时左右就到了，不是很远；房间里有独立温泉泡池，感觉很不错；一楼户外还有很多温泉泡池和泳池可供选择，酒店整体外观和服务都符合五星级水准，适合一家人出行度假；早餐出品种类很丰富，馄饨，面条，烟熏肉，各种水果，各种酸奶，中西式菜品丰富，选择性很多，期待下次有机会还会再次返回度假。

卫生设施差。被子的一角是湿的，床单，被子搞到全身发痒。厕所一股尿味。室外温泉泡池太少，指引不清晰。前台不提示客人取停车票，保安要求交20元才能离开。总体是价格是五星，服务与卫生设备还比小宾馆差。

我是经常住酒店的，也住过温德姆的其他酒店，这次是非常差的体验！收一千多的价格，下午三点多了还没打扫卫生，什么垃圾管理！太差了！！！！

酒店的其他楼盘还在建设中，附近的工地空地仍然围堵。节日期间下午4点取房间卫生还没搞好，因为赶交房间卫生就麻麻了。但是每个房间都有独立的温泉池是最好最值的入住，公众温泉池也不错，平日度假还是不错的。附近无任何游玩的景点，有较多的农家饭店，酒店的早餐还是不错的！
