12点退房，2点以后才能办理入住。进去以后房间还未打扫，可能是节假日客流太大的缘故吧。电话联系之后，三个大姐一起来打扫的，所以清理得很快。房间配有电磁炉、微波炉、冰箱，好象住家一样，真好。

家庭式住宿环境，在一个小区里，有住家的，房间还有微波炉，电磁炉等，可以自己带上锅碗瓢盆自己煮饭，呵呵…自己开车去会方便一些，靠自己走路还是有点不方便。另外，我们买的是不远处的温泉，体验还是很不错的，时间原因只去了温泉和度假区附近转了转，家庭游还是挺满意的，同程价格也很划算，可以来玩玩。

酒店环境很好，干净，同程预订很方便，且比前台便宜很多，就是一点不满意，南昆山的夜晚较凉，添了两床被子，被多收了100元钱，这是之前所有酒店住宿中唯一的一次，没听过、没经历过加被要收钱的！
