前台服务态度可以，酒店设施也不错，就是房间的卫生有待提高，白色梳妆台的镜子上面全是灰尘，特别明显，雨天入住的，被子不是很干爽，也不知道有没有换过的。特别要投诉一下邻近的红树湾酒店3号楼大堂的一个男生，态度差，我把车停在地下停车场，坐电梯上到3号楼大堂，当这个男生知道我走错地方没住他们的酒店之后，竞然说我的车也不能停到地下停车场里，害得我把车开出来后打电话给前台小姑娘，才知道可以停车，而且是免费的，是几个酒店共用的！害我折腾了一圈又把车开回原地，真令人气愤！

高级亲子房:面积、卫生、设施、环境算满意!性价比高!离海边不远，步行约5分钟!吃饭旁边就是一条街大排挡!至于哪家好吃、抵吃就见仁见智了!斜对面就是华润万家超市(约30米)；其它地方买就较坑了!特别是红树林商业街:买瓶伊利优益C 12元。华润万家超市5元，当然你很有钱哪就另当别论!

订左三间房，出发前电话咨询过可以安排三间同一层楼，入住就一间7楼，2间8楼，怒。最可恶的7楼间的电视抽柜居然有宠物排泄物超臭，卫生真系差。

辣鸡旅馆，第一次去，服务台那讲话不太清楚的服务员说话态度差的要死，第一晚入住半夜停电，隔壁酒店旅馆都有电，就他停电，又有蚊子，硬生生热了一晚，喂了一晚蚊子。虽然装修挺新的，但基础设施保障没有啊。不会再去
