客服服务太差，虽然说房间收拾过但和没收拾差不多，被套床单不换，睡衣从来不换洗，白白的睡衣都不知道被多少人穿过，脏的都有点发黄了，房间没纸巾都忘记补，每天就免费两瓶水，再多要额外收钱

我住的房间空调不凉，第一次打电话到客房中心，来了个大姐按了半天告诉我“很凉啊”，我等了一个小时，1度没降低，再次打电话到前台，一会儿回复我“统一的，就是这个温度”，在我再三要求下来了工程部，师傅马上就说，得更换房间。后来更换了就完全正常了。早餐很一般。
