洋房虽看不到海景，但舒适安静，离海边近，适合五六个人住宿，性价比高。在万科双月湾小区内，环境好，小区内吃饭或去外面吃开车不远。

跟几个朋友一起住的，超级值，328减了30块只要298。21楼，风景非常非常非常好，很干净，有电磁炉和汤锅，去附近的市场买了海鲜打了火锅，简直了，朋友都很开心。
