定的是六人大型房车，距离海滩大概步行40米，有一个不大的小院子，院子里有一桌四椅，房车自带遮阳棚，还有一小堆沙子，适合小一点的小朋友玩，房车最多能住六大一小（都不能太胖），一个大床，一个上下铺，如果想住多人，可以自带帐篷和睡袋，房车体验不错，孩子老人都很喜欢。不足之处是打扫卫生略差，毛巾浴巾需要提要求才能更换，房车空调声音较大，在车里走动，睡在床上会有感觉，睡眠不好的人慎住。另外，房车和集装箱距离好远，开车的五分钟。
