到酒店免费升到海景房，非常感谢前台服务员，热情周到。只是对房间玻璃很失望，这么好的位置，外面就是大海，可以看日出，但是窗户上全是水垢，无法欣赏美景。酒店应该加强管理，提高服务员服务水平，彰显酒店的优势和服务。很期待酒店能加强管理，改变对兴城脏乱差的印象。酒店楼下就是去觉华岛的码头，非常方便。

酒店位置比较好，去觉华岛的轮渡码头离酒店很近，很方便，酒店服务人员很好，我去的时候已经没有车位了，工作小哥儿帮我挪车找车位，感谢！
