住过的史上最差的酒店！！！凌晨3点多房间卫生间开始漏水,找客房服务来看，并要求前台换房！前台说换房到套房，要我加200块！完全不顾客户的需求！还要让男性维修师傅到女性客户党建查看！整件事情一直在说和值班经理协调，值班经理穿着酒店睡衣在睡觉。足足等了一个小时才换了房间。且楼道内警报一直在响也没人管！从没住过这门差的酒店，从凌晨一直到天亮解决问题！！ 差评！史上服务之差的酒店！没有之一！
另外我明明定了两个房间，还特地打电话来要求预留到酒店，到达前台被告知一个房间已被取消！问为什么取消，前台说我不知道！！
