酒店位置不错，离火车站比较近，周边较繁华。酒店服务态度还行。早餐有点特色，但偏贵。房间大小还行，但有点漏风，不太暖和。此外热水放好一阵也不太热。

到达的当天晚上，提前半个小时与前台通电话联系，到达后，前台竟然找不到携程网的订单，还得反复确认，前台营业员，态度极差，我们对其表示不满，营业员竟然摔摔打打，并用英语骂人，实在是欠教育，欠管理，更欠收拾。

位置不错，周边很繁华，设施太差了，一共也没几个灯，一般是坏的不亮，淋浴需要放很长时间水才热，厕所的灯是感应的，洗着一般就关灯，只能出去踩一下地面，要不就黑着洗

隔音还是查了点，隔壁房间聊天听得清清楚楚，早上也经常被走廊的声音吵醒，窗外的噪音也不小
