到了 等了两个小时办不了入住，大厅里 堆了一堆人，乱哄哄的，太可怕了，前几年 经常过来住，没遇到过这情况，今年 真的无语了……前台的服务 不想多说 问了几遍 答复是 催了也是没办法.....好吧！就想知道 酒店老板如果 听到员工这样的回答 做何感想。环境卫生都可以！服务态度有待提高。
