我是首次去葫芦岛，入住该酒店只有两晚，感觉卫生条件好，早餐挺好的，很有当地特色，给我留下深刻印象的是手撕饼，真好吃，就冲这下次我还住贵酒店。

酒店大堂不错，房间也还算干净，淡季性价比还可以，后边一条街不少吃饭的餐厅，周围没有购物的，只有一家小超市，门口停车方便。早餐一般，儿童早收14元餐费。

第二次入住，上一次是去年十一，我也因为卫生问题反应给前台过，反馈让我下次来监督，但这次的体验还不如上一次呢。住的好像是618号房，进去桌面椅子上全是土，用了一包纸巾擦的，一看就是好久没擦过的，傍晚开车出去吃饭，回来停车场没有位置问了指挥的保安吧，回答是，自己想办法解决，后面还有一百间房没入住呢。第二天退房，反应给前台卫生问题，就说了一句土挺多的，不等说完，直接就对讲机在那说，客人投诉房间卫生，然后告诉我，主管没上班呢。态度真的挺不耐烦的，我也就只能呵呵了。不想听取意见，那也就只能这么着吧，附近酒店那么多，您家性价比也不高，就图一个地理位置偏点儿，车少能安静点儿，要不是我老公喜欢你们后面街上的烤串，我是绝不会选择这次入住的
