对携程很失望越来越不人性化了 人生病了来不来了也不给退房 我说收点手续费也行 就是不干 酒店 酒店更是差差死了 头一回看五星级酒店被子一股汗味道老恶心了 特别不满意这次扔了一千多块钱下单一定要注意
