房间面积勉强三星，卫生堪忧。网定的大床房，图片效果挺大，但实际有差距。房间稍显拥挤，不过家具物品齐全。小冰箱鸡肋，放在电视下面的小柜里无法散热，热的吓人。浴室空间狭小，浴帘全是霉斑。
服务一般，能达到三星标准。网上已确认登记但酒店方没有记录，所以入住登记时间长，此外服务都尚可。
早餐按四星级标准，品种不多，口味可以，能吃饱。
地理位置优越，距离海边车程仅五分钟，周边饭店距离不算太远，交通便利，比较方便。

整体感觉看起来不错，床单被套都是新换的，欧式建筑还行，基础设施建设还是一般，细节处理的一般，客房服务还不错，就是性价比整体还是欠缺。

房间窗户关不上，房间灯少，房间暗，插座很多没电，手机充电费劲，没有专门洗澡的拖鞋！希望以后酒店可以对设施设备进行系统检查修理！

在当地来说应该算是不错的酒店了，卫生还可以，前台的服务有待加强，感觉是没有经过待客礼仪服务就上岗了的，根本都不会正眼看人，更别提微笑服务了，早餐在这种价位的酒店还算不错了

全国各地的酒店也住过不少，但我很负责的说该酒店的前台服务是最差的。先不说面带笑容这最基本的没有以外，就是问她一些最基本问题都是噎死人的节奏。除了服务其他如位置、卫生、设施还算对得起房价，必须公证说明一下房间里有非常贴心的设计比如马桶旁边的电话，小夜灯。如果还有机会再来葫芦岛我还是愿意尝试其他酒店没有其他原因，就是服务太差。八月十五那么重要的日子看到一张讨厌的脸。
