差评不是给酒店，是给同程的，首先订单预定成功了，钱也直接预付了，确认成功不能退款的，结果酒店与同程根本没有合作，是一个二级旅行社的代理，也没写清楚也没联系方式，到了酒店旅行社没给酒店下单，导致无法顺利入住，很影响心情，最后旅行社打来电话，还想推脱责任，冒充自己是同程客服，呵呵呵，而且此价格与直接去酒店入住散客价格一样，无任何优惠，旅行社和酒店的合同价格要比这个便宜40-50元，这差价去哪了大家自行猜测，唯一可取的地方就是先前定的双床房很顺利的改到了大床房，补了60元差价，不过主要还是酒店比较通情达理，旅行社没什么帮助，最后酒店的卫生说一下，可能是101期间人多，卫生做的很一般，马桶盖上还有尿点子，地上还有蓝色胶囊小药丸，也是醉了，毛巾我都不敢用了，凑活睡一宿，主要是为了温泉，水上乐园还是不错的，拍此旅游产品的请慎重
