酒店很好找，到店管家潇潇很热心，帮忙拿行李，还免费升级房间，真的很意外，也很舒心，房间都是实木，没有味道，干净清爽，感谢自己选了他家，下次还会来，很赞。

很完美的一次度假，原本订的是阳光复式房，由于该房的卫生间灯坏了，后来与酒店的张管家联系后免费给我们升级为西楼的套房，谢谢你们的贴心服务让我们感觉不虚此行，下次来莫干山玩还会入住你们酒店

酒店环境很好，有露天泳池，夏天来玩应该很舒服。管家小张服务很热情，入住送了很大一个果篮，里面水果零食饮用水都有，还送了咖啡券，在楼下喝喝咖啡听听音乐很悠闲，下次机会再去莫干山还会选择住这里

酒店停车自驾很方便，有专门的停车场。工作人员都非常热情，我们的管家，小周先生服务非常周到！中秋佳节很贴心的送上了月饼和纸灯笼！必须给大大???赞??。宾馆上山也非常方便，洗浴用品用的是欧舒丹，装修也非常有特色。值得大家去小住一宿！

早餐不错，阳台超大的，女朋友超喜欢！管家们的服务不错，酒店装修的比较古朴。唯一的遗憾就是没有看到中秋节的月亮，不然在阳台超赞的！酒店还送了月饼和咖啡券，贴心哦

十一期间从莫干山上下来，住在这里，位置就在省道旁很好找，有停车场。酒店设施比较齐全，服务周到，管家张能很热情，赠送了小礼品，适合小朋友来玩。早餐免费，品种丰富，晚餐也不错，送了果盘，还征求我们服务质量。
游泳池比较干净。
酒店有个咖啡吧，赠送了三张咖啡券。唯一的瑕疵是我们去咖啡吧喝咖啡的时候，旁边经理在给服务员开会，有个背靠门坐的男服务员不断的吸烟。。。公共场所都禁烟了，这服务员在住店旅客面前抽烟，不可想象。。。
