酒店就在新市古镇旁，步行即到，办理入住在三楼，客服人员石斌服务很好，马上给风尘仆仆的我们递上茶水，下午还有免费水果，晚上有夜宵提供，还送了儿童的早餐，服务周到细致。房间设施齐全，宽敞舒适，极具古镇水乡特色，很满意，强烈推荐！

第一次来德清新市玩，带着父母和宝宝。预定酒店时，小陈建议我们入住双人房因为考虑到人多，给了我们比较宽敞明亮的房间。入住当天刚到酒店前台小石和小周服务周到，给我们送了水果，倒了水果茶。让我们一下子从酷暑中得到了凉爽。酒店设施很新，几乎没有什么味道了。设施整洁完好，唯一不足就是酒店没有宝宝床。其他都很OK！是一次非常不错的酒店体验，性价比超高！

冲着开元曼居品牌去住的，评着以往经验认为肯定不错的选择，谁知道此酒店是个＂李鬼＂，没大厅，高温天第一天已预约家庭房形，但到达后居然走廊没空调，进预定的房间空调关开关跳闸，自查没找出问题，电话通知前台二次才慢悠悠来了一个工人，爱达不理的把电闸打开，害的祖孙三代汗流夹背。
